Yesterday I had... Dunno what it's called in english... Cubes of potato and meat with fried eggs and red beets. Dunno if that's an all-swedish dish... It's easy to cook but can be really delicious if you eat it with the right sauce.

Funny... i had a Swedish dish, thats what Mieke says anyway. Im not sure what its called but its Potatos and onions with anchovies and sour cream as a sauce. It was yummy.
